Throughout the past ten years I have worked with a varied population including children, adolescents, teens, parents, families, and adult individuals. Using an eclectic therapeutic approach I incorporate elements of CBT, DBT, and Person Centered techniques to best meet your needs. With experience working in various settings, I specialize in working with issues including Anxiety, Depression, ASD, behavioral issues, coping skills, family conflict, life transitions, parenting, adoption, peer relationships, school issues, self esteem, suicidal ideation, crisis intervention, and trauma.
Education: BS in Psychology (Saint Peter's University in Jersey City, NJ), MS in Mental Health Counseling & member of Chi Sigma Iota (Monmouth University in West Long Branch, NJ). I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey, and National Certified Counselor.
