Shaina Davis, LCSW, LCADC
Licensed Clinical Social Worker/ Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor /Associate Clinical Director
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LCADC) who received their Master’s Degree in Social Work at Rutgers University in 2017. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, couples, and families that are dealing with a wide range of needs that include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, addiction, PTSD, anger management, and family/relationship issues. Life is full of obstacles and challenges that may require one to seek additional support during the change, whether good or bad. Throughout the individual’s therapy, I like to utilize different modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, and a strength-based focus in order to meet the client where they are currently at. Along with wanting to meet the individual’s treatment goals and needs, it is crucial to me that I create a place of understanding, a place for learning, and a place to feel supported.
