Tree of Life Counseling Center is a for-profit mental health private practice and remains a family-owned and operated business. Founded in 2015 by Brena Resnick and Aly Resnick, this mother-daughter duo sought to improve access to quality and affordable mental healthcare in the community while drastically enhancing the benefits and work-life balance of mental healthcare practitioners themselves, something severely lacking in this field but important for job satisfaction and patient care.

Now with locations in Freehold and Princeton, New Jersey, and with a growing team of over 50 clinicians that began with Aly as the sole provider, Tree of Life Counseling Center is privileged to provide quality mental health counseling to over 1,500 clients each week comprising children, adolescents, adults and couples.

In addition to in person appointments in New Jersey, our clinicians are also available for telehealth visits in New York, Pennsylvania, and Florida. At Tree of Life Counseling Center, you can find therapy groups, EMDR, sand tray therapy, play therapy, yoga, Reiki, massage therapy, hypnosis, meditation, and more new and exciting modalities.
