Background. I graduated from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and later a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University. My previous clinical experience involves working as a behavior technician utilizing an ABA approach and an outpatient program working with children, adolescents, and young adults with varying diagnoses.

Credentials and Licensing. I'm a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the State of New Jersey. I am under the supervision of Lindsey Figurelli, LCSW-S, LCADC.

Areas of passion and specialty. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and ASD. I utilize CBT, person-centered, play therapy, and sand tray modalities in sessions.

Approach. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT), person-centered therapy, and play therapy. I believe that every person is resilient and capable of meeting their goals with the right support.
