Background. Demetra (Demi) currently works with both couples and individual clients and is passionate about helping couples rediscover the intimacy and spark in their relationships as well as helping them communicate better in their daily lives.
Credentials and Licensing. Demi has completed her Masters’ Degree at NYU in their Mental Health and Wellness Counseling Program and is a Licensed Associate Counseling (LAC) in New Jersey. She is under the supervision of Alyson Resnick, LMHC, LPC, ACS.
Approach. Demi believes in utilizing a person-centered approach, with a focus on DBT and CBT. Demi loves incorporating love languages and writing therapy into her practice.
