Background. I received my BA in Psychology at Rowan University, along with a concentration in Child Behavioral Services and a double minor in Philosophy & Religion and Art. I went on to pursue my MS in Counseling at Cairn University. My past clinical experiences include working with children, adolescents, adults and families in psychiatric inpatient, intensive in-home therapy and outpatient settings.
Credentials and Licensing. I'm a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in New Jersey. I am under the supervision of Alyson Resnick, LMHC, LPC, ACS.
Areas of passion and specialty. Anxiety and Panic Disorders, Behavioral Challenges, Depression, Family and Relationship Issues, Grief and Trauma.
Approach. Although I naturally gravitate towards Systems-Based and Person-Centered approaches, I pride myself on utilizing various other theories and practices based off the client’s individual needs and goals.
Fun Fact. I love to travel and most recently have been working towards visiting all of our National Parks.
