I have experience in private practice, community mental health, partial care and hospital settings. I have received a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling.

My heart lies in serving a diverse clientele, focusing particularly on adults navigating the complexities of anxiety, trauma, depression, and embracing neuro-diversity. I am dedicated to fostering an inclusive, gender-affirming, and neuro-diverse affirming therapeutic environment. My therapeutic practice includes a versatile array of techniques. I utilize DBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, ACT, Trauma-Informed Care, and Compassion Focused Therapy. These methodologies provide a comprehensive framework for addressing the holistic needs of my clients.
