Background. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with experience working across a wide range of psychiatric settings and populations. My background includes working with voluntary and involuntary adult populations, pediatric and geriatric psychiatry, medical psychiatry, developmental disabilities, substance use, forensic psychiatry, and interventional treatments including ECT, TMS, and Spravato.
Credentials and Licensing. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Registered Nurse (BSN-RN).
Areas of passion and specialty. I enjoy working with individuals across all stages of life and have experience supporting patients navigating anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), bipolar disorder, depression, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and trauma-related concerns. I value creating individualized treatment plans that meet each patient’s unique needs and goals.
Approach. My approach is open, collaborative, and patient-centered, with a strong emphasis on active and reflective listening. I strive to create a comfortable, supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their treatment journey.

Fun Facts. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, baking, sewing, cosplaying, traveling, and reading history and science materials. I also have two cats, a black cat named Java and a brown tabby named Mocha.
