Background. I am a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in adult-gerontology primary care and psychiatric mental health. I have experience working across diverse clinical settings supporting adult and geriatric populations managing chronic medical conditions, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and other behavioral health concerns.
Credentials and Licensing. I am a dual board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), and Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP).
Areas of passion and specialty. My areas of passion include mental wellness, preventative care, and helping patients create balance between their physical and emotional health. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, burnout, life transitions, and chronic health conditions. I especially enjoy working with adults seeking a collaborative and supportive relationship as they work toward long-term wellness.
Approach. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and patient-centered. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel comfortable being open about their experiences and goals. I incorporate elements of supportive therapy, solution-focused techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)-based interventions, psychoeducation, and motivational interviewing to help patients build practical coping strategies, improve insight, and develop healthier long-term patterns.

Fun Facts. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, singing, and cooking. I also play four instruments: piano, clarinet, saxophone, and guitar.
