Background. I graduated with my Bachelors in Psychology from Rutgers University and then returned to Rutgers to receive my Masters in Social Work. My clinical experience includes working in various levels of substance abuse treatment, different agencies in the mental health field as well as providing services for children and families.
Credentials and Licensing. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of New Jersey.
Areas of passion and specialty. My areas of speciality are the "Triple A" as I like to refer to them: ADHD, Anxiety and Autism. I enjoy working with individuals who are neurodivergent, experiencing anxiety or having life difficulties. I also have extensive experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community.
Approach. I take a person-centered approach and use various types of therapy to help people meet their goals. Working as a team, you and I can help you with reaching your greatest potential and implement the necessary skills to achieve your goals. I believe feeling understood is the beginning of healing. I will be there to provide empathy and support for you as you continue on this journey.
