Background. Rooted in the calming rhythm of the Jersey Shore, I learned early on how deeply healing it can be to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what grounds us. The beach continues to be a place of reflection and renewal for me — a reminder that growth often begins with stillness.
As a licensed therapist, I feel honored to walk alongside children, teens, adults, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I believe that healing happens within safe, compassionate relationships. My intention is to create a space where clients of all ages feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward greater balance, clarity, and resilience
Credentials and Licensing. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of New Jersey. I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC).

Approach. I believe the approach is dependent on each client’s identified goals within and outside of the therapeutic space. I empower clients to notice and embrace their humanness and advocate for their needs. I prioritize client comfort, autonomy, and individuality in each session. My role is to allow space for personal growth and simply be along for the journey to challenge and provide each client with a new lens of perspective.
