Background. I graduated with my Bachelors in Psychology from Rutgers University and then returned to Rutgers to receive my Masters in Social Work
Credentials and Licensing. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey (LCSW) and an approved telehealth provider in Florida. During my time in the field, I have worked with individuals battling significant substance abuse issues, trauma as well as persistent mental health issues.
Areas of passion and specialty. I have worked with individuals in various age groups, from school-aged children through seniors. I have experience working with clients living with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, LGBTQIA+- related concerns as well as relationship difficulties.
Approach. My clinical training of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, as well as becoming a person-centered clinician. Through specializing in anxiety, ADHD and trauma I have a vast amount of clinical skills to provide in order to help you feel your best. Working as a team, you and I can help you with reaching your greatest potential and implement the necessary skills to achieve your goals. I believe feeling understood is the beginning of healing. I will be there to provide empathy and support for you as you continue on this journey.

I have experience including, but not limited to: helping individuals overcome addictions to drugs and alcohol, providing support to individuals with chronic mental illness, working with children and families as well as assisting those who experienced symptoms of depression and anxiety.
Approach. My approach to therapy is always treating my clients with respect, and using a person-centered approach to empower them to reach their fullest potentials.
