Credentials and Licensing. Demi has completed her Masters’ Degree at NYU in their Mental Health and Wellness Counseling Program and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey.
Approach. Demi believes in utilizing a person-centered approach, with a focus on DBT and CBT. Demi loves incorporating love languages and writing therapy into her practice.
