Background. I graduated from Monmouth University with my Master's in Social Work. My past clinical experiences include working in outpatient facilities with children, teens, and adults.
Credentials and Licensing. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of New Jersey.
Areas of passion and specialty. I am passionate about working with all ages and have experience working with a variety of reasons that can bring you to therapy including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, relationship/family conflict, LGBTQIA+, trauma, self-esteem and life changes.
Approach. I firmly believe that therapy is not a "one size fits all" approach. I utilize a variety of tools and therapeutic interventions to make sure that I am meeting your individual needs. I am passionate about helping you achieve your goals, and make it a priority to create a positive relationship between myself and my clients that will allow you to feel accepted and empowered. My ultimate goal is to ensure that I am providing a safe and comfortable space that will allow us to work together to further you in your healing journey. Specialties include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Strengths Based Approach.
Fun facts. I love to roller skate & ski, and hope to add surfing to my list in the future!
