LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Background. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing compassionate, trauma-informed therapy to adolescents, adults, and families. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens when individuals and families feel genuinely seen, respected, and supported within the context of their lived experiences. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach, helping clients gain insight into emotional patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex family dynamics. As a bilingual therapist, I am deeply committed to reducing barriers to mental health care and providing culturally responsive services in both English and Spanish. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can move at their own pace while working toward meaningful and sustainable change.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy learning about the mind–body connection, personal growth, and finding joy in good food, creativity, and restorative rest.

Approach. My ideal client is an adolescent, adult, or family experiencing emotional overwhelm related to anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or chronic stress. They may be seeking clarity, emotional relief, healthier relationships, or improved coping skills. They are open to reflection and motivated to create meaningful change, even if they are unsure where to begin.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate challenges alone. I offer a supportive and compassionate space where your experiences are honored and your goals matter. When you’re ready, I welcome the opportunity to support your healing journey.
