Background. I have an undergraduate degree in English Literature from Temple University. I graduated from Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research with a Masters of Social Services, and a Junior Fellowship in Child and Family Wellbeing.  I enjoy working with clients of all ages in individual, couple, family, and group sessions. I have experience supporting clients navigating challenging and traumatic life experiences, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress and anger management, substance use, ADHD, and ASD. 

Credentials and Licensing. I’m licensed to practice therapy as an LSW in the State of NJ. I am currently being supervised by Sully Soto, LCSW-S.

Areas of passion and specialty. I’m passionate about supporting clients from diverse racial/ethnic, religious/spiritual, and LGBTQIA+ backgrounds.

Approach. My approach is empathetic, personalized, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and socially conscious. My goal is to provide an open, validating, and safe space for you to feel comfortable showing up just as you are. I hope to collaborate with you to build a therapeutic relationship that will support your wellbeing, needs, and goals. I will incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment-based therapy, play therapy, expressive art therapy, and more.
