Background. I obtained both my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University. I have clinical experience working with adolescents and adults in an outpatient setting. My experience includes assisting clients navigating substance use and a variety of mental health concerns.
Credentials and Licensing. I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the State of New Jersey. I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC).
Areas of passion and specialty. Relationship work, role/identity exploration, life transitions, boundary setting, person-centered, and feminist therapy.
Approach. I believe the approach is dependent on each client’s identified goals within and outside of the therapeutic space. I empower clients to notice and embrace their humanness and advocate for their needs. I prioritize client comfort, autonomy, and individuality in each session. My role is to allow space for personal growth and simply be along for the journey to challenge and provide each client with a new lens of perspective.
