Background. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with adolescents, college students, and adults navigating academic, personal, and relational stressors. My background includes supporting clients through high school, college, and graduate-level (including PhD) environments, as well as working with couples across all stages of their relationships.

Credentials and Licensing. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

Areas of passion and specialty. I work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, and relationship challenges. I have a strong interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and high-functioning ASD. I also have experience working with interfaith, intercultural, and LGBTQIA+ couples, as well as relationships impacted by personality or psychological disorders.

Approach. My approach is practical, collaborative, and skills-based. I integrate evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and the Gottman Method. I focus on helping clients build personalized tools to navigate challenges, reduce patterns of guilt and self-doubt, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
