Background. I graduated Brookdale Community College with an Associates of Pre-Social Work, Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s of Social Work and a Bachelors of Psychology, and Monmouth University with a Masters of Social Work with a specialization in Clinical Practice with Families and Children.
Credentials and Licensing. I'm a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the State of New Jersey. I am under the supervision of Gina Oliver, LCSW-S.
Areas of passion and specialty. I have experience with working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, life changes, life transitions, autism, emotional regulation, and anger management.
Approach. My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered. I believe that healing and personal growth begin with a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and understood. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, somatic experiences, play, and strengths-based approaches tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. I am passionate about empowering clients to gain insight and make meaningful changes in their lives through the therapeutic experience.
