Background. Hi there! I'm honored to be a part of this sacred path toward healing, recovery, and authenticity on which you've decided to embark. I work with adults who are looking to work through challenges related to substance use and addictive behaviors, anxiety and stress, relationship and communication challenges, life transitions, and other similar areas. I'm here to meet you where you are on your journey through recovery and healing and walk the path alongside you as we work together to identify and change that which is no longer serving you so that you can live a more fully authentic life.
Credentials and Licensing. I’m a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the State of New Jersey. I am also an ADC Intern in NJ.
Areas of passion and specialty. Outside of my work as a therapist, I can be found playing drums in multiple bands, spending quality time with loved ones, going on a walk in nature, or curled up with a good book, podcast, movie, show, or video game. These are the things that keep me feeling like me, so let's work together to fit more of what helps you feel like you into your life!
Approach. My approach is relational, tailored to your goals and needs, and informed by a wide array of different therapeutic orientations, including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, person-centered, and solution-focused approaches, among others.
